Meet our co-founders
Spotlight Project was founded by marine biologists Allison Ragle and Emma Pawlik, whose shared background in wildlife conservation research has shaped both their careers and their vision.
After years of working together in the field, they discovered a new way to extend their impact: bringing people together through community events that celebrate giving back.
Allison and Emma created Spotlight Project to build a culture where raising awareness and supporting nonprofits feels engaging, inspiring, and fun. Their passion for preserving the natural world and uplifting their community fuels every event they organize, weaving impact and creativity into meaningful experiences.
